Shipping Policy

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We only ship orders on Monday through Wednesday in order to ensure that your products arrive intact and on time. 

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or carrier delays, shipments may take a bit longer. We’ll notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping
We currently only ship to the United States of America.

How to Check Your Order Status
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@pelvahealth.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations delivering to P.O. Boxes. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative address.
